• born in Luxembourg in '86
• did my A-levels at the Martin-Andersen-Nexö Gymnasium
• spent the first three years at TU Dresden
• and my fourth year at the University of Bristol as Erasmus student
• did my diploma thesis in the group for Nonlinear Dynamics and Time Series Analysis at the MPI for the Physics of Complex Systems
• now doing my PhD at the Max-Planck Institute for Dynamics and Self-Organisation
